Welcome

It all started with coffee

Our journey began when we started helping the Bucio family grow coffee in the mountains of Guerrero. That connection sparked everything.

We needed a space to share our tea and coffee with the community — and that’s how Hacienda Café & Té was born. A small café with a big heart.

Organic Growth

As time went on, we saw that Saladita needed more than great drinks. Locals, surfers, and visitors were looking for places to gather, work, eat, and connect.
So we slowly expanded, one step at a time.

What started as a café evolved into Hacienda Plaza — a vibrant local hub where people feel at home, find what they need, and experience the best of this magical beach town.

Vision

Our vision is to become a model for conscious, community-centered spaces in coastal towns like La Saladita and beyond. We aim to create places that reflect and uplift their surroundings—where culture, wellness,creativity, and local identity come together naturally.

Whether it’s through a café, a coworking nook, a market where basic goods can be found, or aquiet hammock under the palms, we envision Hacienda as a way of living that can adapt and grow while always staying true to its roots.

Through intentional design, community partnerships, and a deep respect for local heritage, we aim to offer a meaningful experience rootedin wellness, food, and connection. We’re committed to supporting local families—especially those who work the land or grow our coffee—by creating opportunities for growth, fair access, and visibility.

As La Saladita evolves, we believe in developing side by side: making space for locals to access essentials at fair prices, and encouraging collaboration between long-standing residents and a new wave of conscious travelers.

Where it all began

Before Hacienda Plaza existed, there was just a dream to help a local family grow coffee in the mountains of Guerrero. That dream led to a deep connection with the land, and eventually, the creation of our first café.
